At CaterersNearMe, we understand that plans can change. This refund policy outlines when and how you can receive a refund for bookings made through our platform.

Cancellation Timeframes

Full Refund (100%)

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled event date

Partial Refund (50%)

Cancellations made between 3-6 days before the scheduled event date

No Refund (0%)

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled event date

Special Circumstances

Caterer Cancellation

If a caterer cancels your booking, you will automatically receive a 100% refund. Our team will also assist you in finding an alternative caterer.

Weather Events & Emergencies

In cases of severe weather or other emergencies, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.

How to Request a Refund

  1. 1Log in to your CaterersNearMe account
  2. 2Navigate to "My Bookings"
  3. 3Select the booking you wish to cancel
  4. 4Click the "Cancel Booking" button
  5. 5Select your reason for cancellation
  6. 6Submit your request

Refund Processing Time: Once the refund is approved, it will take 5 business days to credit to your bank account. The refund will be processed to the original payment method used for booking.

Return Policy: As our platform connects you with nearby caterers to fulfill your orders, returns are not applicable. Only order cancellations are allowed as per our cancellation policy.

Service Fee

Important Notice: The CaterersNearMe platform service fee (5% of booking total) is non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation is made.
